Bullying and Harrment !?

Just had a complaint against me that I bullied and hared him. This guy has sent an email to the whole department , i think that is not the way to put in a complaint .he is trying to humiliate me in public. i feel very insulted.i am in a job and feel hurtabout this . thinking of leaving job but job market difficult . any suggestions ?
