How to not hate walking my dogs?

well i love my dogs soooo much, i have a chocolate labrador and a black lhasa apso, there sooo cute and i love playing with them but when it comes to walking them, i just cant be bothered? its not that im lazy because i go out every night anyway and i go for long walks, but if my mum said to me to take my dogs with me on my long walks i would shriek! theres a big field like 5 minutes away from my house anyway which is good, so is there anyway to make dog walking fun??
