I really need help with an iPod touch?

i just bought an iPod touch.I am trying to set up an ID account or something. when i go into app store it asks me to open an new one,I put in all my details and then it either says age wrong or when they send me theverifyy email i put in the exact info and it says it is wrong.i am just sick of thispleasee help
