How could I delete everybody(including people who have me) off aim?

I want to delete EVERYBODY off aim and have everybody that has me on aim just not to have me on aim. I had an incedent with somebody strange messaging me on aim from a friends aim account and I blocked that person but don't want anybody else to be able to add me so I just want everybody deleted just in case. And because I cant delete my aim, this is the only thing i could do. So please help...
