How to stop blushing?!?

Its annoying, humiliating, embarring, takes away confidence, irritating, and stops me from doing things I love and stops me from being sociable because of the fear of blushing hard core. I hate the uncomfortable hottness that comes with it!!! I just want it to stop! Any ideas how I can??!?
