I dont like it. Last year lebron received an injury to his elbow that the doctors couldnt even diagnose, he then had a little cold on top of that, and he drew as much atention to those things as possible by saying he was having a hard time because those things were affecting his game. but then now he starts mocking dirk who has lit them up almost all series and really didnt complain about his 100+ degree fever or draw attention to it at all.

Attention-seeking friend?

So I have this friend in our clique who is somewhat an attention seeker. Let's call her M. I love her because she's my friend but her "attention-seeking" antics annoy me. For example, in school, she would talk and laugh in a really loud voice... curse loudly at other people... talk back to teachers (call me old-fashioned but my family taught me that younger people should respect older people, so yeah)... speak obnoxiously during cl... brag about how she lost her virginity at 14 to every girl she meets (She recently befriended my old friend who is really cool and all and I was shocked when M told me that my old friend was shocked when she found out that M already lost her virginity at age... I mean, do she really need to go brag to people like that?) ... and sometimes humiliate others in front of many people. I sometimes think she do these things to act "cool" and stuff. One more thing, she saw a picture of my friends in my old school and she asked me if we get bullied before because they looked like losers.. I was really hurt at her comment. Help?

How should I deal with this girl at work who humiliated me the other night at a party?

She is a coworker at a job I've been at for the last few months. Recently, I realised I was attracted to her and was hoping we would start a conversation or get to know each other better. Two weeks ago, she sent out an email to everyone asking for their 3 favourite songs for a CD of workers songs for the office and I made sure I replied... she seemed friendly in her responses and I vouched the next week, I would have an excuse to start talking with her. So, in the last week, management placed us in the same team, but I quickly realized she did not respect me by her attitude and by Wednesday, knew she wasn't for me. However, on Friday night, I made an attempt to talk to her in work night out. I said something like I was disappointed she only managed to get 2 out of my 3 songs (the missing song being a somewhat ridiculous country western song from the 60s)... I was hoping this gambit would have started some conversation but she took a humorous remark the wrong way I guess, and said she had better things to worry about all week, and turned her back on me to talk to some other guy at work. I could see him look at me, and say to her, "hey you are turning you back on him, he's talking to you", but she just ignored me and kept her back turned. I looked around and walked away. I felt so humiliated. How should I handle this? I feel I have no respect and feel totally dejected. This girl is not even that good looking but for some reason I felt attracted to her attitude but now I feel like I hate her and want revenge or to put her in her place. How should I handle this situation? Any suggestions? Thanks.
